Introduction
Certificate in Advanced Quality Auditing (CAQA) is a certification course designed for personnel conducting an audit of management systems such as the Quality Management System, Environmental Management System and or Occupational Health and Safety Management System irrespective of their functions they carry out on a daily basis. This course offers an in-depth understanding of the concepts and the principles and practices of performing and reporting on effective internal audits in accordance with ISO 19011. Participants will acquire the knowledge and skills to plan and carry out effective internal audits. Based on practical exercises, you will be able to master audit techniques and become competent to manage an audit program, audit team, communication with customers, and conflict resolution.
Course Description
The course has been structured as follows:
- It adopts a PDCA cycle approach and explains the process-based quality management system model integrating the system-product-process relationship of management systems and the role of audits in the improvement of business performance.
- It explains the competencies, the roles and responsibilities of an auditor to plan, conduct, report and follow-up on management system audit, in accordance with ISO 19011.
- Participants are guided on how to plan, conduct, report and follow-up an based on ISO 19011

Pre-Requisites
You must have either requirements:
- Masters in any discipline (at least 2 year of working experience)
- Degree in any discipline (at least 3 years of working experience)
- Diploma or certificate in any discipline (5-7 years of working experience)

- Completion of the certification program requires passing the examination at the last day of the program.
- Successful candidates are granted the designation of CAQA (CERTIFIED ADVANCED QUALITY AUDITOR). The designation CAQA may be used just as similar recognitions are employed in accounting, insurance, medicine, law, and other professions.
