Introduction
Selling a wide range of electronics products requires a good understanding of the technology and skills to operate them. There are many non-technical, customer-facing professionals that can benefit greatly from basic training on this technology, especially sales professionals.
This training program aims to develop a community of electronic certified sales professionals.
Requirements
The training ensures that these sales personnel are fully trained and proficient in the technology and products in the electronics mix. The sales personnel can communicate effectively with customers online, by telephone, or in person to provide technical advice and guidance on matters for the successful use of products and services. They can also assist in devising solutions to customer requirements and solving straightforward problems.
Certification
Certification provides one with recognition of your skills and knowledge. Certification is awarded by Saito University College.
